Designed In Stone

Inspiration provided by the innate beauty of natural stones is the foundation of our unique jewelry. Each stone is individually cut, shaped, and polished by hand. Jewelry made to be worn is created by combining handcrafted stones with settings made from precious metals and leather. My settings and chains are created in sterling silver by hand.

Sam Behar has been an avid rock hound and lover of nature since early childhood. Growing up in San Diego, he had the opportunity to learn the lapidary arts at the San Diego Gem and Mineral Society in Balboa Park. His designs are heavily influenced by the Southwest, and even though he now lives in Massachusetts, his inspiration comes from the ocean and the desert.
